Mildew Habitat

Edible roofing seems like a bad idea.

So I guess wood shingles can be nice but they really don't work in the wetter parts of the country.  Here is one of many examples of moss and mildew taking over.  Yuck.

    If you scrape that stuff off with a putty knife, I'm thinkin' it'll make a pretty nice marinade paired with your rack of lamb! um
